2010

Closed its first fund, Australian Office Fund No. 1 (“AOF1”); initial AUM AUD500M

2012

TC Advisors Australia Investment Management Pty Ltd was established

2013

Closed its second fund, Australian Office Fund No. 2 (“AOF2”); initial AUM AUD315M

Acquired 100% stake in an A-Grade office building in Melbourne, Australia

2015

Achieved landmark Commodity Murabahah Islamic real estate financing (an Australian first)

2017

Divested all 7 AOF1 and AOF2 properties, a total portfolio value of AUD1.2B, making us the single largest portfolio seller in Australia in this year

Facilitated acquisition of Australian Purpose-Built Student Accommodation portfolio of 7 properties
